I can either get a toshiba with the t2330 for $499 or a tk-57 for 549.

The tk-57 is an HP. The pro's (copared to the other computer) are:
1 extra usb
has firewire
comes with 2gb ram instead of one (would buy one extra gig right away with other computer)
Is expandable to 4 gb (other is only expandable to 2
has mediacard reader.
has camera (probably won't use.

The t2320 is an toshiba
cheaper

I would use most of thie things listed, and the savings would almost be eaten up with the memory purchase, and I would need to find another way to hookup my camcorder (firewire)

Is it worth it to buy the Toshiba for the better processer and better graphics (3100 vs 7150)?

I think Toshiba is better since I doubt you'll need more than 2gb ram on a laptop (graphics on laptop suck for gaming anyway, and 2 vs 4 gb isn't going to help fps).

expand to 4GB is a good for future investment if you want to go Windows OS (Windows XP or Vista) 64bit instead of 32bit.
