TJ10 Airflow question

I just bought a TJ10 case for my new i7 and I wanted to know what was the best airflow setup. I bought 3 extra fans to go in the top and the HD drive bay.

I have the 2 fans at the top sucking air out, should they be actuall blowing fresh air in? I also setup the fan in the HD case pulling air up.
 
How about trying both setups (setup #1 rear out, top in x2, front intake | setup#2 rear out, top out x2, front intake) and reporting back your results? 😛
