TJ Ford retires. Sidney Crosby should be paying attention.

Not a superstar, but he was explosive and fun to watch (saw him play at a few Raptors' games). Too bad his health let him down. I also saw him go down and not get up that season on a nothing play, so this isn't really surprising.

Hopefully he gets to live a healthy life outside sport (rough deal for him, he's younger than me).
