TiVo users: Question for you

Got my TiVo all networked up and have been transferring recordings to my desktop. However when I watch them on my PC all of the voices are a few seconds off from the actual video. Any idea how to fix this? What is the best codec to use?
 
Which decoder are you using now?

Give nVidia's PureVideo decoder a whirl. I've found it to be the best for my MCE box...they're all just mpeg2 files anyways.
 
I installed the TiVo desktop and installed NVDVD and every seems to work fine.
What video card do you have?
