"DirecTivo" is the term used for an integrated DirecTV receiver WITH a Tivo built in. It is an integrated unit. Quite a steal for the price!

You can, of course, use a standalone Tivo or Replay with a standalone DirecTV receiver. The quality and convenience and features are not as good, though.
