TiVo HD Programming through Satellite?

It sucks too because, for the moment, we have an SD Tivo but also have HD TV. So we can watch live TV in HD but only recorded shows in SD. Since we're contracted with Tivo we cant hop out now and get something like a DirectTV DVR (which we had used [SD] in the past many years ago and were disappointed). Plus we're stuck with only being able to record 1 show at a time which means we cannot watch.. say CNN live while 24 is recording.
