TIVO and OTA

I have an HD capable LCD tv (meaning there is no HD tuner in the tv, a separate unit is required). If I get an HD Tivo, will I be able to view OTA channels in HD through the Tivo, or would I still require another box?

I have no personal experience with TiVo HD + OTA, but yes, according to its specs, it appears to support an OTA antenna/have an integrated ATSC tuner.
