Overall, McCain's campaign is the most pathetic thing I've seen in a long time.

Watching him go down in flames will be a pleasure. The post-game analysis will bring up all sorts of criticisms.

Such as: why did McCain drag three goofballs like Joe and Tito and Sarah Palin on the campaign to be his spokespeople?
Sorry, couldn't help myself.

NPR interviewed Palin supporters in MO this afternoon. I haven't heard the camper critters get this excited since Shania Twain's Come On Over tour. Palin does connect with her target audience.

She sure does, like an over-sh*ting dog to a congregation of dung flies. All of her rallies cater to the lowest common denominator, reminding us of any number of historical presentations we've seen with a leader working up the stupid masses into a lather. None of her cheering crowd have the first clue about economics or history or foreign affairs but they eat it up like greedy pigs.

I guess they hired him outside a Home Depot.

take that shit back.

Why? Do you have actual proof that they hired him outside Lowe's?

Lame attempts at comedy which are actually prejudice.

meh...some stereotypes exist for a reason...

BTW, has anyone checked Tito's green card status?

Desperation is setting in on the right. It's gonna be the media's fault, not the clusterfvck that the GOP left this country in when it was given a chance.

Moderate Republicans are just shaking their heads at this point.

Anyone with a lick of sense is shaking their head right now at how you people are treating these average people.

...oh they aren't "average" you say? Why's that? Only make 30K? uhh..what's the average income? Behind on taxes? People with money owe taxes... anything else I forgot from your snobbery list?

Give me a break, it's not like "you people" barged into some random dude's house and started mocking his political views. Nobody gives a damn that these average people have different views, it's that for some reason they're trying to be political pundits with absolutely no qualification or reason why anybody should care what they think. It's not even that they are totally uninformed about the issues (although they clearly are), everyone has a right to think whatever they like for whatever reason, it's that they (and the McCain campaign) are trying to turn unqualified, uninformed, random people into the voice of the Republican point of view. And Tito and Joe, rather than shunning the spotlight because they have no more relevance than the other hundred million average people voters in this country, try to pretend like they AREN'T just random folks. Joe the Plumber is trying to spin his 15 minutes to become Joe the Country Music Singer? He's an idiot who doesn't know he's an idiot, and insists on inflicting his stupidity on the rest of us...tell me again why SHOULDN'T we make fun of him?

And to be fair, if Democrats started pulling random goobers out of the crowd and treating them like they have special insight, I would think that would be worth mocking as well. But they aren't doing that, because Obama's campaign isn't totally retarded.

When did those people become the centerpiece of the Obama campaign? And you people complain plenty about them when they speak up.

You know what is sad about Tito the builder, is the fact he doesn't realize that the "base" of the republican party doesn't give a damn about him, his family, or even want those like him in this country.

Since when did it become acceptable to treat politics like fucking Sesame Street. The Republicans have succeeded in bringing down the level of discourse in this country to the lowest possible level. And they will be punished for it when America marginalizes them as a political party for the next 8 years.

Don't complain. It''s far, far better than the bitter hate fest the McCain Palin campaign was running not too long ago.

How can those possibly be serious questions? Is the Obama campaign pimping out any of them, creating gimmicks to try and elicit votes from their respective demographics?

I love the end of the interview where Hannity claims Obama is going to up big brother. You know because a republican would NEVER do it.
