Anything except common words like a, the, an, from, of, etc. are capitalized.

if you're citing to something do it they way they do it. if you're writing, take poetic license.

Negatory. Words that most often do not receive capitalization are the articles... "the" "a" "an" and the prepositions... "at" "by" "with" "from". Words like those.
