I'm pretty sure it's EA's Origin exclusive, so no Steam.

when they sell steam games, you simply get the code and activate through steam.

Titanfall is Origin only. ...but it works the same way.

Yes, there are 2 sniper rifles. But the game is very fast paced. I've been playing it since it came out. Lots of guns and perks to unlock. Titans are a blast.

I broke down and bought it at this price just to play with my kid, but 6v6 is pretty lame for a multiplayer game.

I thought the same thing, but believe me, you find each other very quickly. In fact i think it would be difficult to play with more players than that.

Yeah i've heard that as well. Luckily the engine is pretty good. I run the game at very high settings 1080p and get a constant 60FPS on my GTX 660 card.
