Yep pretty much stays pegged 60+ the entire time with everything maxed out + 150% scaling. My OG Titans definitely struggled and couldn't do that and the 980s didn't have enough vram for the HD textures so these Titan X's are exactly what I needed
Tested some battlefield 4 with max graphical settings + 150% resolution scaling and the fps stayed pegged at 130+. Combine that with G-Sync and damn it is silky smooth. Will get Ryse on Tuesday and test that game out too. I did get a chance to briefly play Far Cry 4 maxed out + 4x MSAA and the fps never dropped below 80 even with heavy action.
The Titan X is an absolute beast when unleashed to 1.4 GHz. I guess NVIDIA knows they have a lot of untapped performance headroom and are probably waiting to use it with 980 Ti in a few months. Personally I'm glad to have the 12 GB vram, I'm addicted to resolution scaling and that tends to eat a ton of vram.
