Titan == Thermaltake ?

When I removed Titan's TTC-M5AB CPU cooler from my system, I noticed that there was "Thermaltake" written to the fastening clip of it. I know that Thermaltake's Chrome Orb looks exactly like that Titan, just wondering does those 2 companys are putting out same things under different names?

P.S. I replaced that M5AB on my system (Duron700 on A7V) with CoolerMaster's EP5-6I11 and CPU temp. dropped from 46-48C to 40-42C under load by ASUS Probe... and that CoolerMaster's cooler was more than twice cheaper than Titan... I don't buy any rounded cooler ever again 🙁
