I saw Dannylove and some others talking about it in the oblivion thread, so I thought i'd make a thread about it.

I'm not usually much a gamer, but I've got some good memories with the original diablo so I thought I'd try it out. So far this game is pretty cool. I decided to go as a "wanderer" (nature guy), mostly because I've never played that type of character in any game. So far I'm really happy with my decision. It's cool to spawn a wolf that actually stays with me until he dies, and not for 30 seconds or whatever (which I thought might happen so I was a little leery about it).

This game's got a ton of different character classes too. So which character are you playing as, and do you like it?

I just finished my first run through with a ranger (hunter/nature). I grew quite attached to my little wolf buddies. The best was hitting a shrine of mastery and casting 3 level 20 wolves. Very fun game, it does get a little tedious though.

It's a fun game, especially if you play multi with a friend. I definately prefer it over the Dungeon Siege games.

I've been playing it - but I don't think it's keeping my interest as much as Diablo II did... Not sure why - the character development is fine - though I'm not so sure about the map and the story etc. - maybe thats the problem. I think it [probably just feels a bit TOO linear for my tastes - (and yes, I know Diablo II was too - but I don't recall the map being so restrictive in that)

Yep, it's my first class.

I decided to choose spirit as my second class, making me a "soothsayer". I'm not sure where I should put all my points, but I do know I want to summon the Liche King. As for now, my dual wolves chew everybody up while I just cast plague on the bunch and run around, throwing the occasional fireball with my staff.

that's because DII maps were randomly generated. TQ's are not.

bought the dvd version a couple weeks ago. I like it. I can play for an hour and quit without getting sucked in!

Development for Diablo, WarCraft, and any new games should be suspended until StarCraft II is released.

One thing I feel while playing TQ is how much I miss Diablo. Sure Titan Quest is fun, but what I really want is Diablo III made by Blizzard.

I never got into SC as much as most people, hopefully SC2 will come out fast so they can start working on D3!
