Titan Quest Immortal Throne

I've been playing for a little over a year and have only found 1 of 3 charms and 1 of 5 Relics.
How do you find the 2/3, 3/3 parts, etc. of these items?

I've never seen anything other than the 1 part of a charm/relic. Then again, this is the first time I've ever looked into it 🙂

I'd ask in my Titan Quest forum, but it's been down for 2 days now.

Pick up a 1/3 part and drop it on top of an idential 1/3 part.

This will combine the two into a 2/3 part. Add an additional identical 1/3 part to the 2/3 part to make a 3/3 or complete part.

It's that easy? Ok 🙂
Thanks

You need to hold down either shift or control when dragging and dropping. Or maybe right click? I forget which one it is, but it's one of those things. They should have auto-combined. Just one of the dozens of inventory management problems the game had. Hard to believe that 13 years later designers are still making the same mistakes that Diablo made.

I dont recall Diablo had charms and such to combine.

Also, to the OP:
Had you read the manual or the IN GAME TIPS you would know this.

For reference: When you start finding artifact recipe's you will need those completed charms. Save them, even if you think you wont need them.
Put them in your caravan.
And try to make artifacts even if you dont like their abilities. Lesser Artifacts are combined to make Greater ones. The first time you find a recipe for Eye of the Heavens you'll thank me.

Thanks guys.

Will keep that in mind. After playing over a year as a Ritualist/lvl 61, I just used to sell all the charms and artifacts as I did'nt care.

Although someone did give me a devine artifact Star of Ishtar about 6mths ago
I just started a Soothsayer 4 days ago. So far so good. Currently at lvl 27/Orient/Norm.

What's eye of the heavens?

What's up with Titanquest.net??? It's been down for me the last 2 days.

Wha? I play Titan Quest all the time, and all I have to do is drag and drop... plain-old left mouse button action. No CTRL, no SHIFT, no ALT, no right click. Not sure where you're getting that info from...

Additionally, things like potions and scrolls DO auto-combine. Charms and relics do not, because you have to build them into a complete piece - it's part of gameplay. It is possible to add a 1/3 charm to an item... if you want another piece added, you must add it. I don't see that as a "mistake" at all. In fact, I'd see it as a mistake if the game automatically did something that I don't want it to do!

Wrong Zippy. It's a right click. A "plain-old left mouse button action" doesn't work.

If you don't have anything intelligent to say it's best to not say anything.
