Has anyone tried a Titan for Davinci Resolve compute tasks? How does it stack vs the 680 or 580?

Does it work on a Mac yet? I think that the next OS release is needed to get it working? 10.8.4?

you need 10.8.4 for the Titan, and an external PSU to power the card. Mac Pro can only do 225watts MAX. (6pin + 6pin). Titan requires 250watt (6pin + 8pin) so it wont work without external power. The PCI-E power comes from the logic board, so using an 8pin adapter can damage the Logic Board, because it'll allow power power to be drawn from the Logic Board. If you check MacRumors there's a ton of threads on this.
