titan cooler

I'm deciding between 780 and 780ti. Curious thing, the titan cooler on the 780 costs extra,
but on the 780ti, the EVGA with their ATX cooler costs extra. What gives?

There's no reason for the ATX cooler to be more expensive then the Titan cooler. They're charging more because they can.
