Tires - Dunlop SP20 FE - Anyone had experience?

Looking for a cheap but decent set of tires for our second car, a 1990 Volvo wagon.
We only put about 3000 miles a year on it so I am not about to spend a fortune on them.

Sams Club has some BF Goodrich I was going to get for $47 each, they seem to have pretty good ratings. Then I noticed they also sell Dunlop SP20 FE for $37 each.
I checked them on the web, obviously they are Dunlop's budget tire, and could not find a mileage expectancy, but they seem decent.

Also priced them at Goodyear store for $80 each 😱

Just wondered if anyone had any experience of them?

Oh, I should add that I have snow tires for winter so snow/ice handling is not important.

I had some Dunlop tires on my Saturn... Can't remember the model anymore.
They were quiet, but the snow traction was horrible. I'd spend the extra $10 for the BF Goodrich if I were you.
