I have 24 hours to make two project submissions and they will take 15 hours each to make. In other words I am screwed.

I think he sees me as much too young to really be an instructor, nevermind the fact that I've been in the system longer, have experience teaching a different style, and outrank him by at least 5 levels.

I guit my job of 15 years last friday and am unemployed. had to leave for I actually felt like I was going crazy there. expectations from management and actual reality were not in the same dimension there. The company is going down and everyone thinks that if you eliminate several needed jobs that it will run more efficiently ( not a professional workspace, but a l;arge factory, Merita Bread), maybe on paper it will save money but in my reality it costs so much more.
