Tired of power supply issues -- will this PSU work for me?

Is this power supply good enough for my system?

Yes way overkill. Stick with the first one... Unless you plan to make some major major upgrades in the next 2 years.

Haha! You know, when it comes to power supplies, I don't believe in overkill either. However, in this particular situation I would rather save $40 and stick with the already powerful HX520W. If I regret it, you will all know.
