Getting 4x Blizzak WS-60s for the Cavalier but would like some recommendations for summer tires. Staying stock so 195/65/R15.

Are BFGoodrich Traction T/A Ts any good? Fuzion HRis and Kumho Solus KH16s also seem to be close choices.
Not sure about the Goodyear Eagle LS/LS-2 - seemed to be rated pretty badly.

BTW : What's the consensus on Blizzak WSs vs. LMs?

Edit : Ooo... didn't realize that there was a LM-60 coming out.

LOL @ this excerpt from Car & Driver :

And watch out for the bargain-brand tires that come from China and have names ripped right off the Panda Express menu board. Some have the same tread-wear rating as a chiffon and the grip of a greased beach ball. At least they taste good when served with plum sauce over rice.

While I can't give you much of tire specific opinion as I haven't tried those specific tires, any of brands in OP to be considered bargain-brand tires from China.

BFGoodrich = Michelin
Fuzion = Bridgestone
Kumho = World's 9th largest tire manufacturers

I think C&D was referring to really cheap/unknown brands, which you've not even heard of. I don't think you have to worry much about the build quality (not performance, though) if you go with any brands in OP.

i have heard good things about the falken zeix line, and purchased them for my trans-am. they seem to have a pretty good following in the older sports car market. i have put about 3k on them and like them so far. good wet traction.

Okie doke. From browsing other forums and user reviews, I've settled on :

98 Cavvy - (195/65/R15) - Michelin X-Ice Xi2, Goodyear Eagle GT
06 LS - Michelin X-Ice Xi2 (215/55/R17), Bridgestone PE960AS (235/50/R17)
