Tire interchangeability

Will a Goodyear S-RA 255-75-17 tire fit a P245/65R17?

The tire will probably fit on the wheel, but I doubt it'll fit on the car. Nor would you want to - your radius is going from 14.76" to 16.02" - sidewall height from 6.26" to 7.52". The new tire is 7.87% larger in diameter.
