Tire and wheel question

I have the Al wheels and mounted tires from my former Acura. A friend of mine who has a 95 Hyundai Accent might be interested in buying them.

The 95 Hyundai Accent comes standard with either 155-13 or 175 70 13 depending on the model.

That mean that he could probably go to a

185 60 14
195 50 15

Now the tires that I have are 195 60 14.

Assuming these would fit what issues might he have? Is this even doable?

Does anyone know a car related forum where they might be able to help me?

Any tire manufacturer web site has overall diameter and widths for each tire line, usually in a spreadsheet by size. If the tire is the same overall diameter (or pretty close) and the same width (or pretty close) you shouldn't have any problems at all. This isn't saying anything about how it will handle, as changing the wheel size and tire size can affect the performance of the whole suspension system.
