I'm starting to get serious about buying my first house. I don't know a whole lot about real-estate or home buying in general. Anyone have some personal tips to throw in, or some good resources for a real-estate newb?
 
Check with your local bank or CU for a "first time home buyer's workshop" they're very helpful, informative and best of all FREE.

Looks like wells fargo has some good information on their website for first time buyers.

Anyone else have some good tips to share?
