Tips to get clockgen to work with MSI RS482M-IL

I'm trying to oc the system in my sig. The board has no overclocking features so I'm trying to use clockgen. I have selected the right pll and the pll settings show up but when I adjust them and hit apply, nothing changes.

Any ideas?
