Tips on getting PS2 Online

If I have a laptop that has wireless internet in the PCMCIA slot, can I use a crossover ethernet cable to connect the laptop and Ps2 to get the PS2 online??

If you could, I'd try to set it up using Internet Connection Sharing and treat the PS2 as any old computer. Would work much better to just run a cable back to it or get the PS2 it's own wireless connection though.

okay, i just bought a crossover ethernet cable on ebay (only $2 ), now waiting for the monitor from dell . . .

anyonw else try this solution??
