Hi all,

I want to design a website and create all of the content for it (primarily writing articles).
I'm looking for a new project and maybe down the road make a few extra $ from it.
Probably unlikely but who knows. I am a complete noob when it comes to registering domain names, creating websites, etc.

Are there any quality website creation tools online for noobs?
What service would you recommend for domain name registration & hosting services?

Are there any packages that provide all of the above together in a one stop shop solution.

Thanks!

Wordpress. Very easy to use.

If you want to build a website on your own server, there's plenty of places that offer hosting space. You can also purchase domains through them as well. Very easy process. I use Netfirms myself. Good support but painfully slow at times. Basically got it cheap. For the love of all things right and holy, do not use GoDaddy. Not only are they just awful to deal with, I can't forgive them for supporting SOPA.
