Tips and questions about win7

First, an important tip for those with the win7 beta and a creative SB audigy series card: DO NOT use the drivers that windows update downloads. I tried them, and on TS and while testing the mic on ETQW, there was some horrible garbling. Apparently the win update gets old drivers....

googled win 7 audigy 2 drivers, and found it out. anyways, someone made these new drivers. will install soon and test them, keep in mind, they are not WHQL.

Next, a question...I have a GTX 260, and on nvidia's site, for win7, it says to get the drivers from the windows update, but when I did, I used GPUZ, and it says that they are 179.23
AFAIK, there is no physx options in my control panel. Is there a better, more up to date driver with physx that I could use? Perhaps the vista 64 181.20 drivers? my win7 is x64.

I too have a GTX260 running under W7 32bit install...and installed the 181.22 winvista32bit whql drivers. The PhysX config tab under nvidia control panel is functional. Don't know about a 64bit install, though.
