Or would it be more like a community-crime watch thing, where we all exchange tips, on where the coolest crimes-in-progress are happening, so we can bring the lawn chairs and pull up a seat and watch the excitement. (Almost as good as watching Cops on TV! But no video-blurred body parts.)
