Tip of the Day:

If you have to dive off a building into a dumpster, always try to land on your back. Aiming for the dumpster is good too.

This has been the Tip of the Day for April 27th, 2003. Thank you.

You're probably better off landing on the hood of a car, seriously. Not positive on that though.

With my luck the dumpster would just have been picked up by the truck & about to be flipped over.*

Last year when I was working for a hospital system's IT department, me and another guy put all the cardboard and styrofoam from the (big) room where they unpacked new computers into a huge dumpster. When the dumpster was full, we decided the best solution would be jumping off the edge of the dumpster onto the cardboard/styrofoam.

That was a blast, but I was picking styrofoam bits out of my clothes for the rest of the day. :D
