Tip for removing tea and coffee stains from white or light colored mugs and cups

Just splash in a little bleach and let sit for a minute. The bleach instantly oxidises the stains. Rinse well before your next cup of tea. 🙂

vinegar does work well

and you know what works well getting staisn out of coffee pots from automatic coffee makers whether they are glass or metal? poor in some salt and throw in some ice cubes, then swish around. the ice pushing ont he salt actslike a sand paper but doesn't scratch or ruin the pots

Or you could just rinse that cup right after you finished drinking tea or coffe.
It helps a lot too.
