So my wife decided to lose my keys and my spare set is in my briefcase in my car. Called roadside assistance and they're sending someone out.

Anyone ever tip a tow truck driver when they're not already taking it up the rear for the cost of the service?

Only time i sorta tipped one was when i got a tow that wasn't completely covered by AAA and offered the guy $20 cash if he wrote it up as being covered. Saved me like $25 and he got cash.....

I have free roadside assistance from my car company (Mercedes). I got a flat once and instead of replacing it myself I decided to use RA. Within 20 minutes a guy showed up (in Mercedes M class no less) and replaced my tire. I asked the guy if he was allowed to accept tips, he said he is but that it's not necessery. I gave him $10 anyways and he left.
