Tinny/Echoey HDTV?

I have an Olevia 47" LCD that passes OTA HD channels to my receiver via toslink. Sometimes some channels get a tinny/echoey sound from the audio that goes away in a little bit.

Is this due to the station, TV or receiver? It only seems to be dependent on that channel at that time so I'm going with station?

Its the station. Cable really sucks in the sound dept.

Make sure the TV's speakers aren't on.
