Timings on memory..

My system wont accept standard timings and i can via BIOS change timings manually..

All i need is a guideline for changing the timings so mobo allow fast settings..

Current ratio is 3:4 due to the limitations of the memory..

Motherboard is p5wd2-e premium..

So settings at the moment are 533mhz for the memory, allthough they´re bought expensively as 800 mhz..
