Is Timex good about their warranty. I don't have the proof of purchase showing that the watch is less than 1 year old(got it as a christmas gift) but the model of the watch is only about a year old. The knob that used to set the time fell off the watch today. It is one of the watches where you turn the face to set the alarm time and just pull the knob out to set it.
I don't want to send the watch in if they aren't good about with their warranty service.
