TimesSquare NYC - Restaurants

Looking for nice sit down or take our restaurants around the Time Square area in NYC. Looking at about a 10 block radius. Sure, there are hundreds, but specifically looking for some found on restaurant.com so we can save some money. 🙂

Don't!

Time square is the biggest tourist trap ever, even the stupid TGI friday's there charges around 20 for appetizers. Take a cab down to Azuki if you like sushi ... really good food and stmosphere and free Saki the whole time you're there 🙂

Or for mexican, place called Calliente on 33 and 3 has pretty good food and amazing margaritas.

omg so true.

get OUT of midtown.

go explore the Union Square area... or the West village for nice places to eat. Heartland Brewery at Union Square has great local-brew beers
 
If you wanna stay in the tourist trap (why you would, I have no idea...)

Bubba Gumps is pretty good (last time I was there about 3 years ago)

Kinda pricy, but a forest gump themed resturant is kinda cool
