Timeslips Memory Error

I use Timeslips for Sole Practitioners version 11. When I attempt to print client's bills or change billing status in a client's information, there is frequently one of these two error messages:

"Address violation error. This error is sometimes serious and the program may need to be exited. Often it indicates that some data is corrupt in memory. If the program was reading from a file, data in that file may be damaged.

Area: System Error
Code : 2
Address: Exception tSystemExceptionC in module Timeslip.exe at 00064CAE

Version: 11.0.2.28"

or just simply:

"Address violation error. This error is sometimes serious and the program may need to be exited. Often it indicates that some data is corrupt in memory. If the program was reading from a file, data in that file may be damaged."

Any ideas what the cause of this could be? I've done all of the generic "fixes" suggested by best software and also done a complete system check using Norton SystemWorks 2003 and repaired all of the minor errors it found.

Run a repair on your database. If the program can't fix it, it may need to be sent to Timeslips for them to repair. The longer you let it go, the worse it will get...
