that isn't "timelapse tool" (mainly because they want about £40 for it)

I have a few 100 images, I want to create an mp4 timelapse from them. features I need are.....

ability to rotate the image before creating the video (I took them with the camera at 90 degrees)
ability to set the time pause between each image, eg I might want 1/10 second, 1/5 second, 1/15 second between each image in the final video (altho the video will be at 25 fps, or whatever,,,,)

I'm trying panoscan, but I'm not sure that can do the above. apparently ffmpeg can do this, but it creates an avi, and not sure about the rotation

resolution I'm looking for, 720 high would be fine (some are portrait images, some are landscape)
