Timed shutdown and lock-out in XP

Is there some way when a user logs onto a machine with their own profile, a timer starts a countdown and after that expires, the user is locked out until the next day? I can't use any third party software. Is there a way this can be done soley with Windows?

You can set certain times that they can or can't log on, but I'm not sure about a timer.
