Time Zones are outdated, why don't we all switch over to 1 time standard

I guess it doesn't matter if people say sunrise in San Francisco is ~2PM (GMT) vs ~6AM (PST), but really its just more hassle than its worth. Unless your goal is to stimulate the business hours signs market. :p

2. Get whole world on the same time zone
3. ???

I think if we went to UTC we'd all have to go to the 24-hour clock or "military time" as it is called where it's not commonly used.
