Time Zone/Country Settings

I don't know if it's just me, or if anyone else is having this problem, but I noticed it so I figured I'd post about it...

Seems that whenever I change my Country/Time Zone settings it keeps reverting the Country back to U.S.Minor Outlying Islands.

That's not that big of a deal, but the time thing is weird. I have my time zone set to (GMT -05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada), and the Time Zone Adjust is @ -05.0. The thing is is that sometimes it sticks, and then it reverts back to showing the time @ +5 hours of my local time.

Other than that I like it so far - Just thought I'd bring this up incase someone else was experiencing it, etc...

Edit - Just noticed after leaving and returning to the profile page that the Time Adjust is @ -0.5 😕

Edit #2 - And if a thread get's edited it gets bumped back to the top now? hMm

Edit #3 - Time zones seem to be sticking now - I'll update later if I see any change~

my time zone is sticking but I noticed that even though the offset is displaying correctly on some pages (like the today page) sometimes when viewing threads the time offset is at GMT -5 rather than GMT -8 (which it should be for me); this is hard to replicate though as some pages are right and others are not...
