somehow my computer clock went ahead by an hr a couple of months ago.
it would not sync with any of the time servers.
yeah i could manually change the clock, but left it because it helped with time mgmt. (more than once i forgot it was an hr fast, and i got prepared early.)
but today i noticed my computer clock had the same time as the clock in my kitchen.
The only thing that changed was that i set my dsl modem/router security from maximum to minimum (to get torrents to work).
If thats the case, why would that affect time?
