Time Warner subscribers in SoCal: Any bandwidth caps?

Pretty much they're the only choice in my area for the moment. FiOS is available in very small areas but with the economy I doubt it'll come to my area anytime soon.

Only thing I see on Google was that they were testing bandwidth caps in TX back in 2008 or so but dropped it because of consumer backlash.
 
I've hit 200GB in a month before hosting a torrent for MW:LL (legal game mod)

They shut off my connection and accused me of piracy.

It took 3 hours on the phone to get it turned back on.
 
I hit 1.2 TB in one month in college (apartment with 4 guys, one that downloaded everything you could possibly think of) and they didn't say anything.

So I would probably say no.

Lived in a house with 5 roommates (whom all torrented to some degree). Never hit a cap, no idea how much BW was used tho.
