Time tracking tool

I'm looking for a web-based time tracking tool that I could use in my company. Any suggestions?

I liked the look of Basecamp, but they won't let me have it running on our local network. I'm looking for something that has a easy-to-understand GUI and that can be run off a local server. The preferred OS is Linux.

A project management tool would be the ideal thing to have. But in my case what I'm primarily looking for is something that be used to help track the time a developer spent on a project and on what task.

A good-looking GUI is a MUST. I think we can look for commercial software, as long as it's on Linux.

To what I saw, project pier does not have any time-keeping features.
