Time tracking software.

I'm looking for a simple time tracking program to log time on various projects. The only features I need this program to have is the ability to have the program start recording time, tell it to stop recording time, add details to the task and print a report. I've found various time programs but nothing nice and simple. Allnetic Time Tracker has a beta that almost does what I need, but it doesn't print out the details of the tasks.
