time tracking and invoicing

Is there a good program for windows that you can keep the data on your hard drive with, that does job tracking and billing? I would rather not use a web service but I will if absolutely necessary. I need a program to track my daily jobs and then create invoices for them. Is there anything that stands out? Thanks.

Filemaker Pro... best all around solution out there.

M$ Access? I use a relational database for my eBay sales. Can send a copy of a paid invoice and can write custom reports too 🙂

Look for billing software used by the legal industry (pick up a trade magazine).
