Time to Upgrade - Need Guidance

Hey All...

Hook me up with your insight, fellas. Assumming I have $750 of play money that I want to build a rig with, and also assumming I do wish to dabble in o'cing, and I do intend for this rig to be a strictly gaming rig (Doom 3, Half-Life2, Madden 2005, etc, etc, etc), what would be your recommendations for the following components:

1 - CPU
2 - Mobo
3 - Memory

I have a SATA HDD that would be employed, as well as an x800 XT/PE GPU that is waiting to be plucked right into this imaginary rig in my mind. Now, all I need is to put all the pieces, and drop the duckets.

And, by the way, $750 is ballpark. Feel free to slighty go over (but not that much).

A64, mobo, RAM as discussed in all the other system threads (read a few, there are pages).

Aside from system threads, there are also a bunch of
- RAM threads (many A64 specific)
- A64 mobo threads
- power supply threads (if you don't already have a good 350 - 400 watt PSU)
