Time to upgrade Heatsink

So I have decided that it is time to get rid of the stock AMD heatsink, but I am not sure what I want to upgrade too. I know that I want to be doing some serious overclocking. If possible I don't want a friggin hair dryer in my case, because right now it is next to silent.

Specs:
Blue Aspire Turbo X-SuperAlien 500W PS with 7 Blue Led Case Fans
AMD Barton 2800+ 333FSB @ 2.079ghz with stock heatsink
Gigabyte GA-7N400 Pro2 Mobo
128 mb ATI Radaon 9800 Pro
2x256 Geil Golden Dragon Ultra PC3200 ran in Dual
36gig WD SATA Raptro 10000RPM
120gig Maxtor Ultra133 7200RPM
80gig Samsung Ultra133 7200RPM
-all three in RAID 0 config

I am looking to oc my processor to a 3200 @ 400mhz if not faster...
I was looking into a ThermalRight SLK-900A with a 92mm Vantec Tornado...

Any thoughts?

You'll need a fan controller for the tornado if you don't want a hair dryer in your case. It's rated at 56.4 dB.

Consider a Thermalright SLK900 or SP97 w/ a Panaflo 92mm L or M.
