Time to upgrade at last!!! What's best mobo for Athlon XP series?

I can't believe it, FINALLY time to upgrade from my tired rig. I feel like jumping for joy!

I'm definitely going with the Athlon XP 2100. What's, currently, the best mobo for the XP series. Also, what kind of RAM should I look for.

Plus, any advice on whether to go GeForce 3 Ti 500 or GeForce 4?
Any other advice anyone has would be great.

Check EPOX 8K3A+ KT333CE it has great features and rock solid in overclocking in case u want to, and its price is afordable.
Regarding the vga card , go for geforce4 ti4400 it is almost the same price of the geforce3 ti500 but much more powerful.
