If there's one thing I'm fully confident of, it's that Americans will ALWAYS be there to devise ingenious solutions to some of the most doggedly difficult issues humanity can encounter. I have absolutely no doubt that I will EVER see the collapse of the world as we know it for as long as I live. Some of you people really, REALLY need to get a grip and do a lot more research and reading before posting some of this slanted drivel.

Yea, like building bigger and bigger SUV Mamoths that suck down more and more Saudi Oil

that adds nothing to the discussion.

now government spending on hydrogen fuel cells and wind-mills to produce said hydrogen so we can run those SUVs w/ out funding whabism is a good thing we could be doing; I'd say we should also access anwar so as to reduce the cost of oil on the market and create jobs.

Let's just hope that those more expensive alternative fuels exist when we run out.
Why wouldn't they be available?

oil won't just run out; when their is a more limited supply of oil people will find less oil-dependent forms of transportation t'll someone spends the investment capital on oil to produce other forms of energy that will provide long-term profits.

Looks like Bush can't take over enough countries to keep oil cheap. I just thought he was trying to help out his oil buddies. Looks like they would find a way to keep prices down until after the election if they wanted him to continue to be their ho.

It's sure looking like Bush wasn't successful in buying out enough Mobsters in the Sand lands besides for the turf he took over.
