Time to replace my three Asus monitors

I currently have three Asus VEQ278 27"(1080P) monitors and wish to replace all three this week. I want larger displays and greater resolution. My current setup has two monitors attached to an Intel 990x \ 960gtx for working at home. The second machine is single monitor attached to a 1080ti / intel 8600k for gaming. I mostly play non-first person shooters but, sometimes jump into a game of pubg.

Requirements:
All three displays identical
Budget $300-350usd per display
Resolution: 2560x1440
Size: 32" or better
4K isn't of any interest.

I have been looking at the following monitors but, wish to see what you guys come up with.
1) Philips BDM3270QP2 32 inch class LED-Lit monitor, 2560x1440 res, 4ms, 50M:1DCR, VGA, DVI, Display Port, HDMI, USB, Spk
2) Hewlett Packard V1M69AA#ABA Pavilion 32" QHD Wide-Viewing Angle Display
